Dubai Debt annoucement triggered a new wave of global stock market freefall… Asian market had a nightmare last Friday, though it tried to recover some loss today.
But it seems that there will be more bad news coming, watch out this week!

You can see that many Asian stock markets had a Black Friday last week after the news about Dubai default. Hong Kong Hang Seng led the fall of about 1,000 points in a single day which is equivalent to 4.8%.

Today (27 Nov 2009) is a Black Friday in Asian Stock Market. Asian stock markets tumbled, with Hong Kong and South Korea stock markets falling down by approximately 5 percent, as fears mounted over the fallout from Dubai’s massive debt problems and the dollar continued its slide against the Japanese yen.

I saw Doji formation on Dow Jones last week, plus the 200d MA resistance, that was the first bearish signal for me that market correction is coming. 4 -5 trading days has passed and we are still seeing the Doji like formation almost everyday.
This shows that the market is still very undecisive now. It might be a tug of war between the bull and the bear this week.

I saw that Singapore STI broke the upward trendline 2 days ago. However, STI was still trading in the pennant range now. It is a tug of war between bull and bear now. There is a likelihood to break up or down at the pennant.
